Anderson Jordan: "Our team's fans are used to seeing us up there"

Our team's guard Anderson Jordan about the season and the results of the season that has already passed.

-How would you rate this season for yourself and the team as a whole?
-It's a good season overall. But we all realize that we could have been higher in the table. Our fans are used to seeing us up there. Nevertheless, I believe that with each new match we progressed, we understood the requirements of the coaching staff more.

Everyone also understands that we need to prepare well for the new championship. Our team can and should be higher. We have a quality squad. I think the management will carry out a transfer policy, we will get stronger and everything will be fine.

- What
did we lack this season?
- We lacked concentration in some matches. There were games where we lost or lost points at the end of the matches. This should not happen. If we want to get better and win more often, we need to avoid such mistakes. Every game is important, regardless of the opponent.

- Which match this season was the most difficult for the defenders?
- It was the match against Dynamo. It was more difficult to play against Kyiv because they also had a difficult tournament situation, like us, and they were constantly focused on attacking, putting serious pressure on the defense. It was hard.

-You scored twice, which is a good result for a center back. Which of these goals do you remember the most?
-I remember the first game against Kudrivka more, because it was the beginning of the championship. It was important to win. In addition, I was assisted by Juninho (smiles).

-Which
player in the UPL was the most difficult to contain this season?
-The most difficult thing was to play against Dynamo forward Ponomarenko. He moved a lot, didn't stop. I had to look for him, to be always close to him.

- What has changed in Zorya's game during the championship?
- In the first part of the season, we hoped to win more matches and be as high as possible. Somewhere we lost points, somewhere we lost, somewhere we lacked concentration. We will work on it. I think we got better with each new match of the second half of the season.

- How do you usually spend your vacation and what are your plans this time?
- First of all, I meet my family in São Paulo. I spend some time with my mom. Then, together with my friends, I will go to Rio to Copacabana beach. And then it's back to work.
